A young married couple, for whom we have recently built a house, have published a video which depicts every phase of their home’s construction process: from its first concept, through the laying of foundations and assembly, up to completion and decoration.

The house in question is one of Promo’s best-selling models, entitled Delta. Its 115m2, accommodating three bedrooms, an open-plan living room with kitchen, and two bathrooms, offer everything necessary for comfortable, luxurious living. This model has proved to be very popular with young people who are just starting their own families.

The living room, with its high ceiling and plenty of natural light, imparts a remarkable feeling of spacious warmth. The video also shows off the wooden facade around the main entrance, just one of the many finishes a buyer can select for their new home. We also offer an expanded version of the Delta with a larger space of 130m2.
